Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

About:

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud environments. This role involves working with Azure services, containers, and monitoring tools to ensure reliable application delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Maintain and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure (AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking).
• Automate infrastructure setup using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications and systems.
• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Work with development and QA teams to streamline software delivery.
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost efficiency in Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and deployment systems.

Experience

• 68 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years working on Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Monitoring).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK).
• Understanding of networking, security, and identity in Azure (VNets, NSGs, Azure AD, RBAC).
• Experience applying DevSecOps practices such as secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
