We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base within the technology services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of cloud and IT infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various outreach methods (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social selling, etc. ) for our technology services offerings. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline funnel, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities. Partner Collaboration: Actively collaborate with strategic partners such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and other IT providers to identify joint opportunities and leverage partner ecosystems. Client Engagement and Solution Development: Work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique business requirements, challenges, and strategic goals. Collaborate with our internal Delivery team to develop tailored proposed solutions that address client needs. Client Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition of our services and solutions. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Inside Sales: Drive inside sales initiatives to expand reach and secure new business. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post-deal engagement, fostering long-term client relationships. Strategic Planning and Reporting: Own and deliver on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), contributing to the overall sales strategy and roadmap.
