Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines on Azure using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Migrate on-premise data systems to Azure cloud platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and performance efficiency.
• Build and maintain data integration solutions involving both batch and real-time data processing.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Design and implement data lake and data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with data pipelines and processing systems.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Develop documentation and provide technical mentorship to junior Skills & Qualifications :
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on large-scale data pipelines and cloud solutions.
  

Extensive Experience With Azure Cloud Services, Especially

• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Lake Gen2
• Azure Databricks
• Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and big data technologies.
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows (e.g., using Azure DevOps).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
