Location:

Vaidyaratnam Vrindavan Ayurveda Chikitsalayam, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh (Near Chandigarh)

Experience Required:

Minimum 7–10 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda

Preferred Candidates: Physicians from reputed Ayurveda institutes in North India, Maharashtra, or Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth patient consultations and prepare individualized Panchakarma treatment plans.

· Supervise IPD (In-Patient Department) case management and oversee Panchakarma therapies.

· Lead the clinical team, including junior physicians and therapists, ensuring adherence to SOPs and treatment protocols.

· Monitor patient progress, satisfaction, and outcomes with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

· Participate in clinical audits and maintain thorough documentation of patient records and treatment results.

· Represent the hospital at Ayurveda conferences, lectures, and health camps.

· Conduct clinical training sessions and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department.

· Ensure compliance with NABH, AYUSH, CGHS, and other relevant quality standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

· BAMS with MD (preferably in Panchakarma, Kayachikitsa, or related specialization)

· Proven experience of 7–10 years in clinical Ayurveda practice, with expertise in IPD and Panchakarma treatments

· Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling capabilities

· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

· Basic computer proficiency for maintaining EMRs and handling hospital software
