Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data engineering techniques, hands-on experience with building scalable data pipelines, and the ability to modernize legacy codebases. This role requires strong programming skills, AWS architectural knowledge, and a passion for code quality, testing, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities : *Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data assets using modern data engineering techniques. *Strong experience in code optimisation using spark SQL and pyspark. *AWS Architecture knowledge specially on S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, CloudFormation etc. *Code Refactorization of Legacy Codebase: Clean, modernize, improve readability and maintainability. *Write tests before code, ensure functionality, catch bugs early. *Debug complex code, isolate issues, resolve performance, concurrency, or logic flaws. Role Requirements and Qualifications : *At least 7+ years of Strong hands on programming experience with Pyspark / Python / Boto3 including Python Frameworks, libraries according to python best practices. *Understanding of Code versioning ,Git repository , JFrog Artifactory. *Strong commitment to TDD, unit testing, and code reviews. *Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
