Senior AV Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting issues related to AV equipment. This role requires a strong background in break-fix support for AV technology and associated AV OEMs, with a focus on Cisco and Microsoft environments. The Senior AV Engineer will provide programming support and adjustments, ensuring seamless operation of AV systems in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Level 2 break-fix resource for AV technology, addressing and resolving complex AV issues efficiently.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting support for high-level AV problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Deliver programming support and make necessary adjustments to AV systems to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support for AV technology, including some supplementary OEMs.
• Maintain a higher level of expertise than standard desktop support, focusing on advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Work primarily with Cisco and Microsoft AV technologies, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration.
• Respond promptly to AV-related incidents and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document all troubleshooting and repair activities accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in break-fix support for AV technology, with a strong emphasis on Cisco and Microsoft environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-level AV issues in the field.
• Familiarity with programming support and adjustments for AV systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Residency in Bangalore, India, is required for this position.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional AV OEMs as a supplement to core Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
