Job Description

Senior Automation Tester.

Location - Chennai, Pune, Kolkata

Notice Period - Immediate joining

Required Qualifications

Experience:

7 to 12 years

Programming & Scripting:

Expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g.,
Java, Python, C#, JavaScript
) for writing automation code.
Strong understanding of
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
concepts.

Automation Tools:

Extensive hands-on experience with leading automation tools for
Web/UI
(e.g.,
Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright
).
Proficiency with
API testing tools
(e.g.,
Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI
).

Frameworks & Methodologies:

Deep understanding and practical experience with various test automation frameworks (e.g.,
TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkin/BDD
).
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.

CI/CD & DevOps:

Proven experience integrating automation scripts with
CI/CD tools
(e.g.,
Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
).
Experience with
version control systems
(e.g.,
Git
).

Databases:

Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience testing applications with relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Retail Domain
Experience in Supply Chain (WMS / TMS)
Experience with
Performance Testing
tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Experience testing
mobile applications
using tools like Appium.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Certifications in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level).
