Senior Automation Engineer

As an Automation Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and formulate comprehensive test strategies. Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to resolve issues will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will continuously enhance test automation frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and coverage, while staying updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and data-intensive systems. For this role, you must possess technical proficiency with at least 7-12 years of experience in automation testing using Playwright, TypeScript, and SQL. Working experience with JIRA and Confluence is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members. Adaptability is key, as you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It would be advantageous to have experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure would also be beneficial. Exposure to Data Quality and Performance testing using tools like JMeter is considered a good-to-have skill for this position.,
