Senior Auto CAD Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, modify, and review detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, assess progress, and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for technical clarifications.
• Review and approve as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting/design, including on-site work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, standards, and practices.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and lead junior draftsmen.

Preferred:

• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., Oil & Gas / BIM / Construction].
• Knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software is an added advantage.
