Senior Audit Manager, Technology Change and Transformation

As a member of the LSEG Internal Audit team, you will play a vital role in providing assurance and insights on transformation activities across the LSEG group. As part of the group's expansion, Internal Audit is seeking highly experienced audit professionals to join the outstanding existing team and build an Internal Audit function that aligns with LSEG's new era. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and actively contributing to the successful execution of a portfolio of technology change and transformation audits. Your primary focus will be to ensure that audits are conducted to a high-quality standard, engagement reports provide assurance, and help in enhancing LSEG's risk and control environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead audits confidently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and manage audit risks effectively. - Monitor the progress of audit teams, serve as the main point of contact with the team and audit partners, and address any issues or blockers in a timely manner. - Provide input to the Audit Director for any changes to the audit plan, both quarterly and annually. - Proactively identify and address hurdles in advance to ensure smooth audit progression. - Manage audit partners effectively and maintain open communication to keep them informed of audit progress and findings. - Contribute to developing the change audit approach and delivery toolkit. Minimum Requirements: - Degree or equivalent, along with a relevant professional qualification. - Experience in IT audit, risk management, and program assurance with a focus on technology transformation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Continuous improvement attitude.
