Conduct and review audits for small companies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements. Manage and mentor a small team of accounts and audit assistants. Oversee income tax filings and conduct tax audits. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in accounting and audit. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation. Leadership skills to manage a small team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Auditing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
