Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3years of Indian Articleship experience into Statutory Audits Should possess clear working knowledge of accounts and expertise in Audits Must have a strong foundation of the double entry system of bookkeeping Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectivelywith clients and team members Should be able to deal with changing internal and external demands in anorganized manner Should be a quick learner, especially with accountancy and auditing software Should have strong knowledge of MS Office applications Job Description : Preparation of summary leadsheets from underlying accounting records, roll forward of prior year figuresetc. Reviewing the board/other committee minutes and summarizing key findings for Mangers review. Checking the grouping /mapping of various accounts heads from trial balanceto financial statements and notes from the point of view of financialdisclosure as per the accounting standards. Performing sampling based on the materiality levels set for individualcaptions and then performing the test of details on those captions. Preparation of bank letters, third party confirmations, intercompanyconfirmations etc. and submitting it for review. Assisting audit senior in audit of complex business captions, whereverrequired. Prepare high quality work papers, or other deliverables timely andprofessionally to document testing adequately and clearly, support conclusions,communicate findings and recommendations. Assist the Senior in planning and finalization of all areas of the auditassignment, for manager or partner review, seeking input for areas of concernand judgement. Perform Execution/Field work on the account balances and classes oftransactions Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking openissues until its resolved. Creating planning documents like planning memorandum, minutes of the clientmeetings, analytical reviews, understanding of the business etc. under guidanceof the audit seniors. Education Qualification : ACCA or ACCA part qualified
