2.5 �5 years of experience in technical support or operations with exposure to cloud technologies.Hands-on experience with web protocols (HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS), APIs, SQL, and system administration.Proficiency with log analysis, troubleshooting, and email delivery mechanisms.Exposure to scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML).Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+/Security+/Linux+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Certified � Associate Cloud Engineer.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.
