Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate Tealium Job Summary: 4-6 years of exp with Tealium Experience with Tag Management Tool and CDP tool (customer data platform tool) Hands on data modelling experience, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support. Good knowledge of the ITIL processes – Incident, change, problem etc. Experience with enterprise performance management, digital transformation, enabling big data / cloud-based analytics strategies (preferred) Curious individual with strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment. Willingness to learn and ramp-up in new technologies and business functions. Ability to have direct discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models. Proficient with Excel spreadsheet modeling, Excel formulas and functions Team player who possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills, has experience building financial models and enjoys solving and streamlining complex business problems. Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently. Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model. Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily. Responsibilities Provide technical support for Tealium users, troubleshooting model issues, access requests, and performance concerns. Investigate and resolve data integration, calculation, and model performance issues. Work closely with business users. Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations between Tealium and external systems Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and data governance. Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base for users.
