Powering millions of jobs daily, Joveo's data-driven recruitment marketing platform leverages advanced data science and machine learning to dynamically optimize talent sourcing and applications across all online channels, providing real-time insights throughout the job seeker journey. - Leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function. - Collaborating with CXOs to define supply strategy for business use cases. - Enhancing the reach and quality of supply. - Conducting negotiations for contracts, commercials, and agreements while fostering strong relationships. - Implementing automation within the function. - Efficiently managing underpacing campaigns. - Establishing Supply Partner & Customer Experience. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a partner-facing (or customer-facing) role. - Self-starter who excels in ambiguity within a fast-paced startup environment. - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding technical concepts/solutions, customer and partner use cases, and strategizing for positive outcomes. - Experience in leading SAAS, Ad Tech, Consultancy, E-commerce, Recruitment Advertisement/HR tech (Supply Side), or leading business functions in a technology-related field such as SaaS.
