We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong background in financial modeling and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Identify deal issues and advise on ways to address them. Conduct analysis of transaction risks and develop mitigation strategies. Understand transaction structure and provide guidance on structuring issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service. Develop and maintain complex financial models using CFA principles. Provide insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 Institute focused on delivering consulting projects in a professional services environment. Strong financial acumen in financial modeling and concepts, with a preference for CFA certification. 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable and creative in approach.
