Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the financial and operations domain, with a strong background in financial modeling and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and implement financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions. Provide strategic guidance on investment banking advisory services. Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institute with a focus on delivering consulting projects in a professional services environment. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L, BS, CF statements, and operational terms like Gross Margins, Break Even Analysis, Contribution Margins, EBITDA margins, and PAT Margin. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions.
