SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
1. Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement
2. Support on pitches 3. Data analysis, financial analysis and modelling 4. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power point 5. Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations 6. Have good understanding of Valuations 7. Good communication both written and oral (including report writing) 8. Analytical skills
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Masters or other relevant technical education which would provide the necessary skills
Experience
6-7 years of experience in investment banking or strategy team of any corporate in BFSI
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
