Behavioral Competencies Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science (BE/BTech/MCA/MBA). 5-7 years of work experience in the field of Einstein Analytics and Salesforce reporting. Strong understanding of Dashboard creations in Salesforce. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS-Access. Preferred Salesforce Administration Certified Expert Extremely strong organizational and analytical skill with strong attention to detail Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of crossteam efforts Good to have Financial Services knowledge Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts Experience with delivering projects within an agile environment Experience in project management and team management
