Description

The Senior Associate, Relationship Manager, Credit Program Medium will be responsible for managing relationships with medium-sized clients, providing tailored credit solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate relationships with medium-sized credit program clients.
Analyze client financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement credit strategies.
Monitor credit risk and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to improve service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in relationship management or credit analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial statements and credit reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Proficient in financial modeling and credit risk assessment tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the credit industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
