Senior Associate - Project Management - Information Security

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for information security initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are defined and implemented.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and business objectives.
• Oversee vendor management activities and ensure vendor deliverables meet defined project and security requirements.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency of project delivery.
• Facilitate and manage change management activities to support smooth project transitions.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions related to information security practices and project outcomes.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in project management with exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage risks and dependencies within information security or technology-driven projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party deliverables.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Understanding of change management principles and their application within projects.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI, or CISA are preferred.
