Primary Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely completion and strategic alignment ensuring quality output.
  •Data Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI to develop analytical solutions for business problems.•Tech Improvement: Drive technology and process improvement initiatives using standard project methodologies. Drive migrate to cloud technology and environment for analytical solutions.•Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business users to gather requirements, resolve business rules, and review data models.•Reporting: Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports on product development and performance.•Consultation: Provide expert consultation across analytics teams, offering industry knowledge and support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications - External

Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
  •Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, and statistical techniques.•BI Tools: Experience with PowerBI and Tableau/Looker.•Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of text mining, social listening, recommender systems, and predictive modeling.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  
• Experience:
  o4+ years in business analytics.o4+ years in statistical modeling, machine learning, and large data analysis.o1+ year with cloud technology and Generative AI.o2+ years with PowerBI; Tableau/Looker is a plus.o3+ years with Big Data technologies and statistical programming.o1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation). 
• Other Skills:
  oGit mastery for version control.oProficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint.oStrong process improvement and business workflow evaluation.oExcellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.oWorking knowledge of statistics and relational databases.oAbility to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making processes.
