Senior Associate, Product Operations

As a Product Operations Senior Associate at athenahealth, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and advancing the Product Operations team to drive value for the Product Management organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Accelerating delivery and impact of product features and ensuring roadmap alignment - Planning, executing, and measuring product feature proof-of-concepts and tests - Driving efficient cross-scrum team R&D operations and dependency management - Organizing and planning product tests to ensure adoptability and scalability of new products and enhancements Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree is a must - Previous experience in healthcare and product management fields is required - Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 12 years in client communications, product management, or user research (preferred) - Experience with client communications in a B2B setting is preferred - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with customers You will be working in a values-driven culture at athenahealth focused on flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance.
