Senior Associate - PMO

Role Overview: As a PMO Resource Management Support professional, your role is crucial in facilitating smooth project delivery by accurately managing project resourcing data. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure optimal staffing for ongoing and upcoming projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project and resource-related information in Keka PSA, identifying resourcing needs, and providing regular reporting to leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain current resourcing and project data in Keka PSA for all active projects. - Collaborate with Project Managers to capture resourcing updates, allocation changes, and staffing needs. - Partner with the Resource Manager to identify suitable resources for upcoming projects and ensure timely allocation. - Generate and share resourcing dashboards/reports for leadership, highlighting utilization, availability, and forecasted demand. - Monitor and escalate potential resourcing risks, conflicts, or gaps for timely resolution. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of resourcing information in alignment with PMO processes to support project governance. - Coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to communicate future staffing requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in PMO, Resource Management, or Project Coordination roles, preferably in IT or SAP consulting environments. - Strong knowledge of resource planning and allocation processes in project-based organizations. - Proficiency in using PSA tools such as Keka PSA or similar project/resource management systems. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Ability to analyze resource data and present insightful reports for decision-making. - Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. - Exposure to SAP project environments or consulting practices is a plus.,
