Senior Associate - Macro Trade Support - SPMO

Position Purpose

Transition of Rates and Credit Middle office process from New York to ISPL

Responsibilities To ensure Trade Capture and Trade Validation process is followed as per the Standard Operating Procedures

Direct Responsibilities

Problem Solving - Identify operational challenges and address them with innovative solutions.

Risk Management - Assess and mitigate risks to ensure operational continuity and compliance.

Data Analysis - Make data-driven decisions by analysing operational data and trends.

Quality Control- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent product/service

quality.

Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement

continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Trade Life Cycle knowledge Understanding of trade capture, confirmation, settlementand clearing process.

Financial Market Knowledge Familiarity with financial market instruments like derivatives, Credit Default Swap, Interest Rates Derivatives, Swaptions, etc.
