Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IBM SAN and NetApp Storage systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Implement, monitor, and maintain data replication processes to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent storage-related issues.
Conduct system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and regular audits to comply with IT best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Develop and maintain documentation for storage configurations, operational procedures, and escalation protocols.
Assist in upgrades, patching, and implementation of new storage technologies.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in storage and IT infrastructure to recommend improvements.

Experience Requirement:

4 - 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations with hands-on expertise in IBM SAN and NetApp Storage systems.
Experience in storage replication, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
Familiarity with Brocade switches and SAN fabric management is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
