Job Description

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP).

Server Administration: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Cloud Operations: Support migration, monitoring, and optimization of workloads across cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS).

Automation: Implement automation for repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell, CLI, or related tools.

Security and Compliance: Ensure system security, patch management, and compliance with organizational standards.

Monitoring and Performance: Use monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate infrastructure and operational documentation, SOPs, and change logs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure/AWS/GCP cloud services.

Knowledge of network fundamentals firewalls, VPN, routing, and load balancing.

Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell or Bash preferred).
Understanding of backup, DR, and high availability concepts.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Associate, ITIL Foundation.

Experience: 68 years of experience in server and cloud infrastructure management and operations.
