Job Description

As a SA, IB Support at Genpact, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement. You will actively use Internet and online applications to manage the Installed Base data for stakeholders. Additionally, you will work as an admin for the IB application, focusing on data quality improvement, providing data insights and analysis, and interacting closely with customers and business. Your responsibilities will include providing AdHoc support to customer requirements, showcasing critical thinking and analysis, and suggesting improvement ideas for the process. You will also be expected to learn digital tools like Python and maintain a high VOC score while managing clients independently and contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality and timely process delivery - Manage Installed Base data for stakeholders - Administer the IB application and work towards data quality improvement - Provide data insights and analysis - Gain understanding of processes, process upstream/downstream, and general operating environment - Provide AdHoc support to customer requirements - Suggest improvement ideas for the process - Work closely with customers and business - Manage clients independently - Maintain a high VOC score - Showcase critical thinking and analysis skills - Create and maintain a positive work environment Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Post Graduate or Graduate degree or equivalent qualification - Good Knowledge of data management, MS Excel, Python are preferable - Good Communication skills Preferred qualifications: - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach - Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent - Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts) - Strong attention to detail Please note that the above job description is for the role of SA, IB Support at Genpact.,
