Job Description

Optimize inventory management across various markets.
Facilitate seamless employee transitions by coordinating with teams on the onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and decommissioning equipment and user accounts.
Oversee vendor partnerships, negotiating terms and streamlining costs for technology acquisitions.
Devise solutions and strategies for IT challenges, taking a detailed and analytic approach to align with business aims and technological infrastructure.
Engage in the ongoing refinement of processes, policies, and standards to guarantee the operational integrity and the high availability of IT services.
Implement proactive monitoring and alert systems to preemptively detect issues, minimizing service disruptions and achieving targeted Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) goals.
Develop comprehensive guides for recurrent technical problems to foster autonomous troubleshooting among users.
Aid in enforcing IT governance, ensuring robust security and compliance for end-user technologies.
Continually assess system and software security, applying updates and patches to avert vulnerabilities.
Work with external vendors and service providers to troubleshoot complex issues, maintaining effective professional relationships.
Enhance IT processes and support services with informed recommendations and proposed improvements.
Conduct user training on new technologies and applications, emphasizing efficient and secure usage.
Plan and execute projects by defining team roles, creating schedules, and managing resources to deliver on project objectives.
Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met, duties are assigned, progress is tracked, and project outcomes are successfully achieved.
