Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Strong Web Analytics resource with a good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics stack. Your main responsibility will be to help clients learn and understand how they can enhance their online presence to better serve their customers. This will involve building segmentation, marketing funnels, and customer journeys to gain insights into pain points and assist businesses in improving their strategies. You must have a solid understanding of web analytics and be able to implement solutions following best practice guidelines. Additionally, you will work with website teams to track and personalize website content for an enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client conversations, understand requirements, and assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Design, implement, and quality assure 1st party tracking solutions using Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch. - Implement and quality assure 3rd and 2nd party tracking via Tag Management Systems. - Design, debug, and implement enhanced eCommerce tracking through the data layer and within Tag Management Systems. - Utilize Javascript (Vue and React frameworks) for designing custom data layer JSON objects and support DOM scraping based tracking using HTML and CSS. - Deliver insights and strategic outputs for market-leading brands through in-depth analysis of web analytics data and media campaigns. - Apply critical thinking and statistics to solve business and customer issues, identify opportunities, and drive business outcomes. - Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and hypothesis generation in Google and Adobe technology stacks. - Help refine the insight proposition to clients to ensure top-notch service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts in simple terms. - Proficiency in developing detailed tag management solution designs. - Extensive experience in deploying and developing tracking solutions using Launch, GTM, and Tealium IQ. - Good analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving approaches. - Ability to perform detailed statistical tests and analysis. - Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally. - Proven expertise in using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to generate reports. - Ability to analyze offline (CRM) data and online data to develop actionable insights for CRO. - Excellent statistics skills with proficiency in SQL, Google Bigquery, python, and statistics.
