You are looking for a Senior Political Field Incharge who has a deep understanding of grassroots politics and extensive knowledge of Mumbai's political landscape. Your role will involve leading on-ground operations with intelligence, strategy, and execution. In your role as a Senior Associate in the Political Field Team at PRW, your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing local political teams and volunteer networks (sanghatan building) - Gathering ground-level intelligence, identifying emerging issues, and reporting key findings - Conducting area-wise surveys and voter data analysis - Developing area-specific political strategies based on demographic and social insights - Collaborating with candidates, campaigners, and political stakeholders - Organizing and overseeing political events, rallies, and outreach programs - Monitoring local legislative developments and assessing political impact - Mentoring junior field staff and ensuring smooth execution of political operations - Maintaining detailed records and ensuring data integrity for compliance and reporting To qualify for this role, you must have: - 2+ years of experience in political field operations or campaign management - Strong knowledge of Mumbai's political and socio-economic landscape - Proven experience in ground-level data collection, voter sentiment analysis, and issue identification - Effective leadership, coordination, and team-building skills - Ability to think strategically, solve problems on the ground, and respond under pressure This role offers high responsibility and requires someone who can think politically and act locally.
