Job Description

Lead the development and management of end-to-end BI solutions, covering data capturing and breakdown, insights for transformation potential, and modelling and visualization.
Implement data management and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting layers defined by yearly updated priorities and client engagement.
Build and optimize Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), and performance tuning best practices.
Design and maintain robust data models that support analytics, reporting, and predictive insight generation.
Enable Power BI integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint, Dynamics, Marketo) using APIs or direct connectors, ensuring reliable data refresh and reporting pipelines.
Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs to deliver actionable insights for marketing, operations, and leadership.
Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and design efficient, scalable data models in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Data Modelling logical, physical, and semantic models for reporting and analytics
Power BI advanced DAX, interactive dashboards, RLS, performance tuning
Power BI Integration API and native connectors for dynamic reporting across platforms
SQL & SSMS complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-optimized data models
End-to-End BI Solutions from data preparation to automated visualization and insights
Data Visualization & Insight Generation translating analytics into business impact

Required qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3 6 years of experience in data management, performance analytics, BI, or data insights roles.
Proven ability to design and manage data models for reporting and analytics.
Strong experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver performance dashboards.
Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Familiarity using Python for data automation, modelling, or advanced analytics.
Exposure to data engineering and building AI/ML models for predictive insights.
