Senior Associate - Experience Management - Resource Management

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in workforce management to join our team as an Experience Management Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, demand planning, and MIS. ### Roles and Responsibility Ensure compliance with WFM business rules, deployment policies, talent policies, and regulatory requirements. Implement staffing plans for a 30-60-90 day pipeline to minimize unfulfilled demands. Coordinate with project managers to capture demand pipeline projections and understand demands heuristics. Perform demand-supply searches and share best-fit staffing options from internal resource pools. Identify suitable staffing options based on matching skills, roles, and experiences. Timely update employee schedules on the schedule management tool (Retain) and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Minimize bench pipeline through proactive project deployments and meet assigned KPIs such as employee utilization, time to fulfill demand, unfulfilled demand percentage, and bench aging. Provide reporting and analytics on business and operational KPIs, supervise, mentor, and offer functional SME support to associates, while maintaining regular stakeholder connections. ### Job Requirements Excellent domain knowledge in resource management, demand planning, and MIS. Strong execution skills with a focus on meeting timelines and delivering high-quality service. Solution-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and analytical skills. Minimum experience of 1 year in people management and supervision is preferred. Stakeholder management skills are desirable. Experience working in a reputed consulting, technology, financial services, accounting, or professional services organization is beneficial.
