Role Overview: As a VTH Business Tax Coordinator Senior Associate at EY in Switzerland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and closure of various projects within the Swiss tax service line. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, including resource allocation and timeline management - Liaise with service line and core business service personnel to track and coordinate projects - Orchestrate deployment activities for various projects to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines - Monitor and review the usage of internal charge codes to enhance operational efficiency - Review and analyze reports, prepare internal non-technical communications, and initiate follow-ups related to account and opportunity management - Coordinate and arrange necessary resources for internal and external meetings and events - Provide logistical support for event organization, including invitation coordination, correspondence preparation, and schedule monitoring - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create comprehensive documentation, including presentations, schedule plans, and project reports Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree - 4-8 years of related experience - Strong IT skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM - Commercial acumen and business awareness - Finance and analytics background preferred,
