We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Associate Customer Service Operations. In this role, you will be tasked with demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas that require operational adaptation or improvement within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. - Resolve and address customer inquiries, requests, and problem escalations. - Update customer data on portals proactively and via email/chat requests. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client processes and policies. - Identify and escalate product bugs by reproducing customer issues. - Exhibit critical thinking and analytical capabilities. - Demonstrate a strong work ethic, excelling both independently and within a team-oriented environment. - Prepare and distribute reports within the team. - Comfortable working on a 24*7 shift rotation. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications: - A graduate degree or equivalent with a solid academic background. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in a customer service role involving chat/email/voice communications. - Proficient in effective probing, analysis, and understanding. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule. - Strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working evening and night shifts. Preferred Qualifications: - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. - Knowledge of VBA & SQL is a plus. Join us as a Senior Associate based in Jaipur, India, on a full-time schedule.
