Key Responsibilities: - Source new accounts from New-To-Bank (NTB) within the existing corporate client base and meet NTB targets - Cross-sell bank's asset products like Home Loans (via referral), Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier (referral) - Ensure compliance with the bank's KYC/AML norms consistently - Organize marketing events and promotions in assigned catchments with the support of departments like INM MKT - Maintain necessary call reports and Management Information System (MIS) - Address Customer Experience Program (CEP) complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction - Uphold fair outcomes for customers and conduct operations in a transparent and orderly manner within financial markets Qualification and Experience: - Graduation degree with 2 to 5 years of professional work experience HSBC emphasizes creating a culture where every employee is valued, respected, and their opinions are valued.
