Key Responsibilities:

Brief description
Support Business Plans and Annual Plans of accounts mapped
Transition Coordination
SOW Metric Determination
Support SOP creation
Training compliance
Support Management with insights on the process domain decisions
Operations Support Activities
Works with client stakeholders to manage domain delivery expectations
Experience required
8 12 years of experience in a BPO IT environment relevant domain environment can be considered
Any Bachelor s degree
Customer Client facing experience is prefreered
Experience in working on Core Order to Cash would be preferred
Should have experience with the Sales and Fulfillment Value Chain
Experience with Global clients supporting Global operations

Effective escalation management and resolution
Good problem solving skills
Ability to demonstrate strong techno functional skills
