Senior Associate Consultant

As a Senior Management Transformational Consultant in the Sourcing and Procurement domain, you will be responsible for managing Digital Transformation Programs within Sourcing and Procurement, working closely with the Head of Procurement Operations to ensure that tools meet current and future requirements. You will be involved in transforming Transition processes for clients using various technological interventions and maintaining existing reporting requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for Procurement pipeline management, generating reports for the SLT and wider Procurement team, and managing reporting requirements for the central finance team. Your role will involve designing solutions, explaining the value proposition and business benefits to clients, analyzing business processes, and applying AI Gen AI principles in S2P processes. You will identify relevant KPIs, define business metrics, and drive their improvement. Furthermore, you will conduct data reviews, work with Enterprise information management teams to organize data capture and models for analysis, and develop actionable insights. You should have 6-12 years of experience in the Sourcing and Procurement domain, including extensive work experience in Procurement processes at a Senior Management Transformational Consultant role. Additionally, you should have at least 3-4 years of experience in front-line business consulting, crafting solutions, and delivering presentations to senior management stakeholders. In this role, you will manage multiple senior stakeholders, challenge where necessary, have exceptional knowledge of S2P processes, exposure to building data models, and basic statistical concepts. You should be AI Gen AI aware, familiar with Celonis process mining and Procurement Analytics, and have firsthand experience with Procurement tools like Ariba, Coupa, or similar. You are expected to be highly organized and structured, forward plan to meet deadlines, take initiatives positively, lead by example, and maintain professional standards under pressure. Strong storytelling skills, proficiency in PowerPoint for business case presentations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Preferred skills include expertise in Sourcing and Procurement.,
