Job Description

As a Senior Associate Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for resolving client solution requirements in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve performing configurations, installations, and troubleshooting break/fix events at a low to medium level of complexity. You will also work towards professional level certification while expanding your business knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Own larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle. - Take ownership of problem resolution and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Assist in documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during operational handover. - Compile and maintain project administration documentation, including time capture and feedback to stakeholders. - Deliver elementary presentations within the customer's organization. - Work alongside L3 and L4 engineers on deployments and support. - Provide technical support for the organization's Cisco Unified Collaboration related technologies. - Support and activate security certificates for Cisco products as per vendor best practices. - Perform any other related tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should have: - Developing knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring skills for L1 engineers. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Willingness to work overtime when necessary. - Understanding of dial plan designs and implementation. - Knowledge of Cisco TelePresence video solutions. - Familiarity with Cisco audio and video conferencing solutions. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for isolating issues. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field. - Valid CCNP Collaboration certification required, with Voice certification preferred. Required Experience: - Moderate level experience in technical implementation engineering, specifically in Collaboration technologies. - Experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations. - Proficiency with various Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies in enterprise deployments. - Knowledge of voice gateways and related technologies. - Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express and other related systems. - Familiarity with virtualization, Webex Calling solutions, and voice carrier systems. - Experience with multi-cluster call manager environments is beneficial.
