Job Description

As a Senior Associate Collaboration Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client solution requirements are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Your responsibilities will include performing configurations, installations, and addressing break/fix events of low to medium complexity. You will work towards achieving professional level certification while gaining valuable business knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents during project lifecycles. - Resolving problems and troubleshooting issues that arise, escalating complex problems as needed. - Assisting in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes during operational handovers. - Compiling and maintaining project administration, including time capture and feedback to stakeholders. - Conducting presentations within the customer's organization. - Collaborating with L3 and L4 engineers on deployments and support. - Providing technical support for Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies and activation of security certificates as per vendor best practices. - Engaging in any other related tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Developing knowledge sharing and mentoring skills for junior engineers. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Willingness to work overtime when necessary. - Understanding of dial plan designs and implementation, Cisco TelePresence, audio and video conferencing solutions. - Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and isolate issues. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - Valid CCNP Collaboration certification required, with Voice certification preferred. Required Experience: - Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering for Collaboration technologies. - Engaging with clients, conducting presentations, and managing enterprise deployments of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related technologies. - Hands-on experience with voice gateways, media resources, and Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express. - Familiarity with virtualization, Webex Calling solutions, and voice carrier systems. - Exposure to multi-cluster call manager environments and relevant tools like wireshark.
