Job Description

Manage our cloud provisions and customer access.
Participate in cloud architecture reviews for customer solutions
Monitor costs and optimize usage
Oversee ISO27001 compliance activities and driving SOC2 compliance.
Prepare monthly reports and indicators including consumption costs.
Review Access Privileges and Compliance requirements periodically
Contribute to Policy and Process reviews
Ensure SLA s are maintained and be ready to raise escalations.

Please note that occasional liaising with US customers during their time zone means hence flexibility in work timings is a must.

Required Skills (Must have)

Understand technical solutions proposed for our customers/internal SaaS and configure cloud infrastructure at best acceptable specifications.
Understand specific compute, network, and database services to periodically review and optimize the solutions, in partnership with solution owners, to reduce costs.
Installation, configuration of Azure Analytic services
Plan & Implement Privatized Environment.
Experience in Patch and Upgrade and Azure Database services.
Monitoring incidents and providing timely updates.
Scripting - Python or Bash
IaC: Terraform (familiarity and basic usage)
Exposure to tools to manage and analyze logs (the ELK stack)
