Senior Associate

Job Summary:
CareerMap is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Associate to lead interactions with potential applicants for abroad education and career development services. The ideal candidate will head consultations, guide clients through psychometric assessments, and provide tailored advice for academic and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential applicants seeking guidance on studying abroad and career planning.
• Coordinate with foreign universities etc.
• Administer psychometric tests to assess candidates' aptitudes, skills, and interests.
• Support clients in making informed decisions about career choices and educational programs.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless process for clients, from initial consultation to application submission.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in education abroad and career development to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Develop a network of contacts within educational institutions and industry professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Proven experience in education counseling, career consulting, or a related domain (minimum 3-5 years). Freshers may also apply if they are capable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain records effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
