This role plays a critical part in supporting daily U.S.-based food truck activities, booking events using data insights, coordinating permits, driving marketing visibility, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is resourceful, and can effectively communicate with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily food truck schedules using historical data and online research. Secure necessary permits and access approvals for each event location. Execute Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to increase event visibility and lead generation. Manage incoming customer and event host inquiries via email and phone. Support social media marketing for brand growth and event promotion. Maintain accurate operational records and tracking sheets. Analyze performance data and share insights to enhance business outcomes. Prepare operational reports, presentations, and event documentation. Collaborate closely with U.S. operations, marketing, and support teams. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and brand standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline (freshers and early-career professionals encouraged). Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Strong persuasion, customer service, and email drafting skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CRM experience is preferred, knowledge of Adobe tools and Power BI is an advantage. Ability to research, think analytically, and solve problems independently. Typing efficiency with ability to handle a high volume of communication.
