Role Overview

Senior Associate Business Development

?

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmacy, ayurvedic, and homeopathic colleges to demonstrate software and secure institutional sales.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle lead generation, demo, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for campaigns, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay market insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with deans, professors, and administrators.
  • As the startup scales, this role has

    potential to develop and lead a dedicated sales team.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare is

    good to have but not mandatory.

  • 45 years of experience in field sales, pre-sales, or business development (SaaS, EdTech, or healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; English fluency required.
  • Must have a personal two-wheeler for local visits; company covers travel beyond Pune.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across India.
