Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Associate Business Development to lead presales, product demonstrations, and institutional sales for our Health Education SaaS solutions . This is a field-intensive role based in Pune, requiring extensive travel across India to build relationships with educational leaders and decision-makers. ? Key Responsibilities Visit medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmacy, ayurvedic, and homeopathic colleges to demonstrate software and secure institutional sales. Manage the complete sales lifecycle lead generation, demo, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for campaigns, demos, and follow-ups. Collect customer feedback and relay market insights to shape product and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with deans, professors, and administrators. As the startup scales, this role has potential to develop and lead a dedicated sales team. ? Requirements Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare is good to have but not mandatory. 45 years of experience in field sales, pre-sales, or business development (SaaS, EdTech, or healthcare preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills; English fluency required. Must have a personal two-wheeler for local visits; company covers travel beyond Pune.
