Role & responsibilities

Sales

  • Sales target achievement for the assigned areas as per business plan
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

Collections

  • Collections target achievement for the assigned area as per business plan

Governance and process improvement

  • Responsible to update timely data in CRM
  • Responsible for timely submission of PJP, DSR, TA bills and workshop feedback form
  • To liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • To provide report or analysis as and when required
  • Do in depth research of market and related products
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Timely data update in CRM

People Management

  • Responsible to build good working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Build good working relationships
  • Support and manage the team
  • Performance review and support to assigned executive
  • Quality of team recruited
  • Conflict management and resolution
