JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of Architectural Drawings (General arrangement, paneling layout, Ceiling layout, Flooring layout, Insulation layout, Doors & Windows arrangement, and detailed Room arrangements). 
  • Draft plans and detailed drawings for Architectural Coordination Services; profiles, using cross-sections and surveys to represent elevations
  • Review of Architectural documents with respect to applicable rules and standards and advise changes if any to be made
  • Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for technical rooms & buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software
  • Preparation of Furniture Drawings (Detailed Furniture Fabrication drawings for Production).
  • Preparation of As Built Drawings
  • Assisting engineers with the modification of design options for existing arrangements. 
  • M.T.O. (Architectural material take off For Engineering Estimation). 
  • Technical meeting and site inspections
  •  Participate in design reviews and provide input to optimize design efficiency, constructability, and overall project performance.
  • Extract Drawings from the 3D model and detail the drawings in 2D. 
  • Coordinating with other departments for interdisciplinary checks.
