Job Description

Design and develop detailed floor plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects based on client requirements and specifications. Create 3D models and renderings that accurately represent project visions, layouts, and structural elements. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align plans with project goals, budget, and timelines. Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, animations, and interactive 3D visualizations for client review and feedback. Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all designs. Conduct site visits as necessary to evaluate and validate designs in real-time settings. Keep updated with architectural and design trends, applying them innovatively to improve project outcomes.
