Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to lead complex architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, exceptional design sensibility, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulatory frameworks. This role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for various project types .
• Prepare construction drawings , 3D model and presentation material using tools like Auto Cad ,Sketchup and lumion .
• Coordinate with consultants , engineer and contractors for project execution .
• Participate in site visit , monitor work progress and ensure design adherence to on site .
• Assist with documentation for statutory approvals and client presentations .
• Support material selection , finishes and design detailing.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch and a 5 year experience
• Software skills with Auto Cad , SketchUp,lumion
• Strong design and technical drawing skills with attention
• Exposure to variety of projects like residential , Commercials ,Industrial and Institutional
• Abiblity to work under pressure and handle multiple task efficiently .

Salary: ₹50,000/- per month
