Role & responsibilities The Civil Project Manager has to report to Project Head. His primary responsibility is to coordinate with Project Planning team to work on Schedule, Resource Planning, and Budgeting, Resource Assignments, Risk Management. Coordinating with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, Internal & External Consultants to complete the project on time. Should have experienced in completing and working for high-rise residential projects from excavation, structural, execution to till finishing of atleast one high rise gated community project. Bills and Payments: Certifies the bills of consultants/contractors Follows up with Contacts and Accounts to ensure that the payments to consultants are made in a timely manner. Single point responsibility for the delivery for the project as per the project goals and objectives and as per the set parameters of time/cost/quality/safety/ compliance. Develop and implement the project delivery strategy for design management, procurement, execution, testing and commissioning and handing over during the pre-construction, construction and post construction phases. High-rise Residential & Villas Projects experience is MANDATORY also end to end projects experience is must for the applicants. Preferred candidate profile Should have experienced in completing and working for high-rise residential projects from excavation, structural, execution to till finishing of at least one high rise gated community project in Hyderabad region. Education: B.Tech/B.E-Civil Note: Applicants from Hyderabad are preferred.
